This workshop is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply ready to reconnect with their body and breath.


Connected Collective September

Connected is a 4-week group class designed to help parents regulate their own nervous systems, creating more capacity for calm, connection, and resilience.

  • Feeling overwhelmed & depleted: Constantly running on empty, juggling responsibilities, and struggling to prioritize yourself.

  • Reacting instead of responding: Snapping, feeling guilty, and wanting to be more present but unsure how.

  • Struggling to regulate emotions: Feeling easily triggered, overstimulated, or exhausted by daily life.


Meeting Details
We will meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM, beginning in January and continuing through December.

Somatic Breathwork is a transformative practice that combines conscious breathing with mindfulness and body awareness to facilitate deep emotional healing and physical rejuvenation. By focusing on the breath's connection to bodily sensations, emotions, and thought patterns, this practice helps release long-held tension and trauma, promoting relaxation and a profound sense of relief. It reduces stress and anxiety, boosts energy levels, and enhances mental clarity, while also strengthening your connection to your physical self and inner strength. Somatic Breathwork helps build safety and capacity within the body, creating space to access stored emotions and heal from within. It supports emotional regulation, detoxifies the body, and deepens your intuition, allowing for a powerful connection to your higher self.
