A Weekly Breathwork Practice: An 8-Session Journey
Many of us move through life holding a lot inside our bodies. Stress, pressure, expectations, and the constant push to keep going can leave our nervous system stuck in survival mode.
We may still be “functioning” on the outside — but internally we feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or like our system never fully settles.
You are not alone in this.
The beautiful thing about the body is that it also holds the wisdom for returning to balance. Breathwork is one of the most powerful and accessible ways to reconnect with that inner regulation.
This 8-session weekly breathwork series is designed to help you build a consistent relationship with your breath and nervous system so you can begin to notice real shifts over time.
Together we will create a rhythm of practice that helps you:
• release accumulated stress held in the body
• build awareness of your nervous system states
• increase your capacity to move out of survival responses
• reconnect with your body’s natural ability to regulate and settle
• cultivate a deeper sense of calm, presence, and inner trust
Each week we will gather for guided breathwork along with gentle education around the nervous system, somatic awareness, and practical tools you can bring into everyday life.

Everyday Regulation
Everyday Regulation is a 8 week group experience designed to help you move out of survival mode and into steadier rhythms of calm, clarity, and connection.
Together, we’ll explore each nervous system state and practice how to work with them in real time—through small, practical regulation tools that fit into your actual life.
Through a blend of nervous system education, breathwork, sound healing, and supportive practices, participants learn how to better understand their stress responses, release tension, and create sustainable patterns of regulation. With ongoing guidance and community support, this program offers space not just for learning, but for lasting transformation.
