In this Somatic Breathwork we use the breath to break down stagnant emotions in the body and support us in connecting to our highest potential and our infinite selves. Breathwork allows our systems to see a different perspective whereby we feel deeply connected to our bodies and understand and experience the intelligence contained within our systems. 

Dress in comfy clothes, bring a blanket, socks, and your favorite comforts for optimal comfort. Recommended: journal for reflection, earbuds for the breathwork.

Please join on an empty stomach or light meal. Lie comfortably, and keep your camera on for personalized support.
